Shipping policy

Every artwork is carefully inspected, packaged by hand, and dispatched from the United Kingdom. 

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation along with tracking information where available. 

Each print is packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely and includes a handwritten note from Eternal as a thank you for supporting our work. 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the artwork and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
